Wat ga je doen

As Strategic Lead AI - Platforms, you develop and drive the AI strategy for our Platforms business unit. You decide where AI accelerates our strategy and where it does not. You translate this into a clear roadmap with priorities, owners and measurable outcomes. You work closely with business model leads, senior management and teams across IT, Data & Analytics and Commercial Intelligence.

You identify opportunities, start AI initiatives and guide pilots and experiments with a proof-of-value mindset. You help teams make smart stop-or-scale decisions and ensure successful use cases move towards implementation and ownership. At the same time, you act as an ambassador for AI by driving adoption, improving AI literacy and making AI a practical and safe capability across the organization.

Wat vragen wij

You combine strategic thinking with a practical mindset and can turn complex ideas into real results. You connect people, guide decision-making and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. You also have the following qualities:

• Master’s degree or equivalent level of thinking.
• Proven experience and affinity with strategy and AI or digital technology.
• Advanced knowledge of AI technology and a solid understanding of the latest industry developments.
• Working knowledge of Responsible AI, including safe use, compliance and governance.
• You have excellent stakeholder management, communication and storytelling skills.
• Proof-of-value mindset: define measurable outcomes, deliver an MVP and support stop-or-scale decisions.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken. Dutch is a plus.

• Salary between €5.513 and €8.014 gross per month (job grade 12) at 39.25 hours per week. But 32 hours is possible too!
• Hybrid working is encouraged and you’ll have flexible working hours. Employees working from home more than two days a week receive a €45 net monthly allowance.
