Tasks

- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Requirements
- Selecting, preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
- Carrying out interim checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments where necessary
- Ensure consistent quality and hygiene
- Monitor the work of auxiliary staff and correct where necessary.
- Keeping track of stocks, ordering ingredients and checking deliveries
- Daily cleaning of the working environment, kitchen equipment and workstations
- Reporting technical defects and solving simple malfunctions
- Provides input regarding the composition and changes of menus, map and methods.
