Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It's not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help establish a new channel for PepsiCo: independent supermarkets, requiring you to combine entrepreneurship with working in a large commercial organization.
- Provide support in daily sales processes, both in the field and through the headquarters.
- Set up and maintain analyses and scorecards with our Analytics team to help monitor the business and strengthen collaboration with customers.
- Independently manage cross-functional projects at the intersection of sales, shopper marketing, and logistics.
- Develop professional skills; improve communication, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork.

- Internship compensation of 550€/month and travel reimbursement

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- The art of independent working and prioritizing tasks.
- Data-driven: able to perform analyses in Excel & PowerBI.
- Proactive in taking on tasks and daring to do things differently.
- Passion for PepsiCo brands.
- Shows entrepreneurship and a curiosity to learn.
- Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies.
- Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
