Over het werk
As a pharmaceutical production worker, you replenish the machines with specific products such as medications and plastic rolls. The machines then produce sachets filled with prescribed medication for specific times. These sachets pass through a sensor that checks whether the medication is correct. If errors occur in the system, you investigate them and try to resolve them. For example, a pill might be stuck behind another, causing the sensor to flag an error, or a pill may be damaged. You correct the issue and ensure that the batch matches the prescribed order. Finally, you make sure the batches are packaged and prepared for shipment. Throughout the entire process, strict quality standards apply because you are working with pharmaceutical products; precision and accuracy are therefore very important.
For the evening shift, your working hours are Monday and Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Tuesday through Thursday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Occasionally, you may be asked to work on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This is always discussed in advance and will not be every week. Travel expenses are reimbursed from 5 km up to 35 km at €0.23 per kilometer.
In addition, this company values short communication lines and genuinely cares about its employees.
