As a Team Leader, you are the connecting link on the shop floor. You ensure that daily tasks are carried out efficiently and according to schedule. You maintain an overview, guide employees, and know how to motivate colleagues to achieve the best results together.
In this varied role, you combine operational involvement with leadership. You monitor the quality of the work, keep a close eye on processes, and identify areas for improvement where necessary. In addition, you work closely with various internal departments such as transportation, customer service, and quality to ensure that deadlines are met and customers remain satisfied.

What we require- Management experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
- Fluency in Dutch and/or English
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clear overview
- Analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach
- Experience with IT systems and administrative processes
- Attention to quality and detail
- Proactive and results-oriented work ethic
