Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Commercial Asset Manager (Netherlands/Denmark area) for a client in Andelst.
As a Commercial Asset Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Managing the commercial and financial performance of an assigned portfolio of solar and wind projects
- Monitoring project income, expenses and cash flow
- Preparing budgets, liquidity forecasts and cost control analyses
- Creating financial and operational reports for investors, shareholders, banks and other stakeholders
- Coordinating service agreements, maintenance contracts and commercial obligations
- Supporting quarterly and annual financial reporting processes
- Managing insurance claims and warranty-related matters
- Organising shareholder meetings, including preparation, follow-up and documentation
- Working closely with technical managers, auditors, tax advisors, investors and financial institutions
- Maintaining communication with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple European countries
- Gross salary between €4,167 and €5,000 per month
- Bonus opportunity of up to 10% of annual salary

Working hours
Working hours are during regular office hours. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Approximately 90% of the work takes place at the office. Remote working is possible for up to one day per week.
