GoalAdvise AOC's Managing Director and/or Management Team on matters related to AOC's strategic direction and objectives, and ensure AOC services are compliant with the needs of Saudi Aramco

- Performs value added analyses and research in support of AOC's strategic objectives and provides input for the development of AOC's strategic direction, goals and objectives and advises the Managing Director and/or AOC Management on related matters
- Identifies and evaluates business opportunities for AOC and SA
- Monitors strategy implementation and suggests improvements to reach strategic goals
- Supports the implementation of new policies, services and processes
- Monitors and executes organizational campaigns and change processes
- Prepares presentations and other documentation on behalf of the Managing Director as required
- Ensures AOC services are compliant with the needs of Saudi Aramco and major customers
- Coordinates quarterly and other periodic strategic reviews and MIS meetings
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Managing Director or Senior Team member
External: Occasional with Corporate, Executive and General Management of Saudi Aramco and affiliated companies; Occasional with consultancy companies.
Internal: Daily with AOC Managing Director and/or AOC Management.
Requirements- Bachelor degree in Business or industry related discipline
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbally
- Excellent strategic insight within global perspective
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience, from which 2 are with AOC or affiliated companies
- Understands operational and financial factors.
Utilizes knowledge of the business and operations to drive high impact projects that support the organization and contribute to financial performance. - Understands company products, services.
Serves as an expert and educates others on the organization’s products/services and competitive landscape. - Collects and evaluates metrics/doto to determine actions.
