This role is a dedicated sales professional responsible for strategic enterprise clients in the Netherlands, forging deep strategic partnerships with leading Dutch enterprises across key industries such as financial services and professional services, and driving digital transformation by embedding analytics solutions.
Responsibilities- Strategic Account Management: develop and execute comprehensive account plans for designated enterprise accounts, aligning analytics solutions with core business objectives to meet sales quotas.
- Executive Relationship Building: build and maintain strong C‑level relationships across clients’ organizations, acting as a trusted advisor on their data and analytics journey.
- Full‑Cycle Sales: drive the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure, managing a complex pipeline and navigating large enterprise procurement processes.
- The Team Player: excel at engaging internal resources and partners to close complex, multi‑million‑dollar deals.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: meticulously manage and track all customer and transactional information in Salesforce, providing accurate and regular reporting of pipeline and forecast.
- Market Expertise: serve as an expert on the Dutch enterprise landscape and competitive environment, staying current with local market trends and effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Business proficiency in English (essential).
- 8–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with significant experience selling into the Dutch enterprise market across industries such as financial services and professional services.
- Deep understanding of the Dutch business culture and enterprise decision‑making processes, with a proven track record of successfully selling to large multinational corporations and Dutch enterprises.
- History of consistently overachieving sales quotas and experience managing complex deals in the Netherlands region.
- Expertise in value‑based or solution selling of enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., BI, data analytics, CRM, ERP).
- Self‑directed, resourceful, strong work ethic, driven to build strategic relationships and maximize account revenue (Go‑Getter).
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences in Dutch and English.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and other business tools.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
