Financial Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Financial Business Partner to support our client's manufacturing operations. In this role, you will act as a key financial advisor to the plant management team, helping to drive operational performance and improve financial results.

• Serve as the main financial advisor to the plant management team in Nyborg, Denmark.
• Analyze operational KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, yield, and costs, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and optimize standard cost prices and profit margins.
• Perform variance analysis related to volume, product mix, pricing, and efficiency.
• Support and challenge capital expenditure projects and business cases.
• Play an active role in ERP implementations and IT transformation projects.
• Promote process improvements and standardization within operations.
• Contribute to group-wide improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong analytical skills with a practical, hands‑on approach.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
• Comfortable working in an international environment; fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willing to travel approximately once a month to Nyborg, Denmark.
