Orderpicker Day Shifts

As a logistics employee at GEODIS, you are an important part of the daily warehouse operation. You ensure that orders are processed correctly, safely, and on time in a structured and fast-moving environment.

Your daily tasks include:

• Picking orders using an EPT or hand scanner
• Packing, labeling, and preparing goods for shipment
• Checking orders for accuracy, quantity, and quality
• Moving goods within the warehouse using EPT and other equipment (depending on experience and certification)
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily targets

• Salary up to €16.20 per hour depending on experience and role
• Day shifts between 07:00 and 18:00 (exact times depend on location and planning)
• Full-time position (32–40 hours per week)
• 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days per year
• Travel allowance up to €11.50 per day from 10 km

We are looking for experienced warehouse professionals who are comfortable working in a structured logistics environment.

• You have proven experience in warehouse work
• You have experience working with an EPT (required)
• You are confident and skilled in operating an EPT in daily warehouse tasks
• Forklift, reach truck, or combi truck experience or certification is a plus
• You work accurately, safely, and in a structured way
• You are physically fit and used to active warehouse work
• You are available full-time for day shifts
• You are a team player with a responsible and practical mindset
• You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) if required
