As a Logistics Team Leader, you manage a team of warehouse employees. You make sure all activities in the warehouse run smoothly. As a Logistics Team Leader, you keep an overview, support your team, and quickly solve problems. Your tasks include: Managing warehouse employees and supporting them where needed; Being the first point of contact for questions and issues on the floor; Ensuring incoming goods are processed quickly and correctly; Contributing to a pleasant and productive working atmosphere; Coordinating with other team leaders to organize work efficiently. You work from Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM. In January, June, July, and August, you work from 1:15 PM to 9:45 PM. During these busy months, you also work on Saturday from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

• A starting salary of € 18.97 gross per hour
• After 6 months your salary increases to € 19.83 gross per hour
• After 12 months your salary increases to € 20.69 gross per hour
• 8% holiday allowance
• 27.5 vacation days per year
• 30% bonus for hours worked on Saturday

• MBO level of education and thinking
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a supervisor in a logistics environment
• Good command of the Dutch language and basic knowledge of English or German
• Experience with MS Office, such as Excel and Word
• A completed logistics education is a plus
