We are seeking a medior/senior Contract Advisor to support large-scale water and infrastructure projects focused on improving water quality. The role involves managing contracts, monitoring risks, and ensuring effective collaboration with contractors within multiple project sites.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on contract management and contractual matters within projects
- Monitor, analyze, and report risks and contract deviations
- Support contract control using system-based contract management methods
- Prepare and process contract modifications
- Ensure compliance with contract agreements and project objectives
- Act as a key contact for project teams and contractors
- Participate in contract management meetings and progress discussions
- Coordinate and manage contract-related information across disciplines
- Maintain accurate documentation and contract records
- Handle administrative processes, including payment verification
- Effective support in contract execution and control
- Timely identification and reporting of risks and issues
- Accurate handling of contract changes and administrative tasks
- Well-structured and accessible contract documentation
- Transparent and efficient collaboration with contractors
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure (GWW) projects
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams and project delivery
- Bachelor's degree (HBO) in a relevant field (e.g., business, law, management)
- Knowledge of:
- Contract and procurement management
- Project management principles
- Quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- System-based contract management
- D&C / UAV-GC contracts
- Basic understanding of:
- Procurement law
- Risk management
- Systems engineering (SE)
- Project control and quality standards
- Strong command of Dutch (written and spoken)
- Experience with contract preparation, tendering, and execution of infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with system-based contract management and UAV-GC
- Experience with contract requirements, changes, and contract management tools (e.g., Relatics/GRIP)
