What is your role?In this role, your key responsibilities are:
- Execute Slim4 order proposals and system‑generated purchase orders, including stock transfers and internal stock redistribution within defined rules and limits.
- Manage daily end‑to‑end order processing and stock movements, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Monitor open purchase orders, follow up on supplier confirmations, and adjust, reschedule, or cancel orders where required.
- Resolve short‑term availability issues, booking exceptions, and supply or confirmation discrepancies within the operational horizon.
- Conduct operational follow‑up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery performance, overdue orders, and Delivered‑as‑Confirmed (DAC) results.
- Escalate recurring or structural supplier performance issues through established governance channels.
- Coordinate closely with warehouses and transport teams to manage inbound constraints and quality‑related exceptions.
- Support Customer Service by resolving operational root causes impacting case lead times.
- Maintain accurate data in relevant systems, ensuring clean order administration and timely updates.
- Drive together with Supply Planning and Demand Planning continuous improvement.
You will be part of the Supply Chain Shop & Workshop team, consisting of 10 Supply Chain Specialists, 1 Demand Planner, and 1 Supply Planner. You will report to the Category Supply Chain Manager.

Additionally, you bring:- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree within Supply Chain or equivalent Supply chain experience is considered a plus.

- A hands‑on, action‑oriented approach, tackling challenges with urgency and enthusiasm.
