Join our team and contribute to driving adoption of AI across (software) engineering teams and beyond and bring your spark in the organisation of the NN Guilds community and flagship Guilds Event 2027. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, change & adoption, and communications, while working with stakeholders across multiple business units.
What you are going to doDuring your internship, you will support both program management and communication activities across strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the program lead and stakeholders across NN.
The main tasks are:
- Supporting program management activities (planning, tracking progress, preparing updates, documenting meetings)
- Contributing to communication and change activities (e.g. Newsletters, internal updates, storytelling, presentations)
- Organize and coordinate events, workshops and community sessions
- Supporting the development of communication materials and internal platforms (e.g. SharePoint, presentations, articles)
- Collaborating with colleagues across business units, including engineers, HR, and communication professionals

You are in the final phase of your HBO or WO education in the direction of Business Administration, Communication, HRM, or a similar background.
- You have an affinity with events, project management, HR, Learning & Development, communication and/or marketing
- You have strong communication skills, and are reliable, proactive, independent, hands-on, and very good at organizing
- You are proficient in English
- You are available for 32 hours, 4 days per week
- You are available to start your internship from August/September 2026
You will work closely with a cross-functional team involved in:
- AI-enabled Engineering transformation
- Guilds & communities across NN
- Program management, HR and communications
At the same time, you will be part of a diverse and strong HR NL team, giving you a supportive home base and access to a wide network of expertise in HR, change and organizational development.
