As a Workday Reporting & HR Data Analyst at HeadFirst Group, you are responsible for developing, managing, and improving HR reporting and dashboards within our international organization. You ensure that HR data is reliable, insightful, and actionable for HR, management, and executives. You also work daily with systems such as Workday, AFAS, and Power BI and play a key role in the further development of our international HR reporting structure. This includes a strong focus on Workday reporting, data quality, people analytics, and management information.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage HR reports and dashboards in Workday and Power BI
- Translate HR data into clear management information for HR and management
- Support international HR reporting across multiple countries
- Monitor data quality, definitions, and consistent reporting standards
- Support HR and business stakeholders with analyses and reports
- Contribute to the further development and optimization of Workday reporting
- Help HR operate in a more data‑driven way
- Analyze HR data from systems such as Workday, AFAS, and LMS KnowHow
- Create reports on headcount, turnover, performance, training, and workforce data
- Identify trends and turn data into actionable insights
- Support the implementation and further optimization of Workday
- Improve data quality, data definitions, and reporting processes
- Support HR, management, and business stakeholders with data‑related issues
- Contribute to people analytics and international HR reporting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Experience with HR reporting, people analytics, or HR data analysis
- Experience with Workday reporting is a strong plus
- Experience in creating Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards is a plus
- Experience with Power BI, dashboards, and data visualization
- Familiarity with HR systems and HR data structures
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into concrete insights
- Experience working within an international organization or a complex stakeholder environment is a plus
- Structured approach with a keen eye for data quality and consistent reporting
- Strong communication skills and ability to switch between HR, business, and IT
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
