“Be ready to jump into the real world of recruitment! During my internship, I truly felt like I was making a real impact. I was trusted with meaningful responsibilities, challenged to grow, and exposed to many areas of recruitment (from learning how to make job descriptions all the way to onboarding new interns). What really stood out was the supportive environment. The team was always willing to answer any of my questions, no matter how small, and to also share their knowledge in recruitment. On top of that, there was also really nice intern community, which is a great opportunity to bond with your peers, and grow alongside them.” - Julieta (former TA intern)
