You will build solid frameworks, identify risks before they arise, and translate complex legal topics into clear, practical solutions. From operations to finance to commercial teams, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the entire company. Together with our part‑time corporate lawyer, you become the go‑to expert for all legal matters within AI‑InfraSolutions.
What You’ll Do- Advise teams at every level — both upon request and on your own initiative
- Turn legal complexity into actionable guidance
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for legal and privacy questions
- Drafting and reviewing English‑language procurement and commercial contracts
- Drafting and reviewing sales conditions and general terms
- Managing privacy & data protection topics (GDPR)
- Handling intellectual property and confidentiality matters
- Corporate law, shareholder topics, and M&A support
- Advising on procurement and competition law
- Managing licensing, open‑source questions, and relevant infrastructure legislation
- Standardizing and improving legal processes
- Managing the legal & privacy inbox
- Providing employment‑law support as needed

You bring
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in law (or equivalent level)
- 3+ years of experience in a broad legal role
- Knowledge of national and international legislation
- Basic to advanced understanding of GDPR
- Strong command of English and Dutch

- Curious, structured, and detail‑oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to zoom in when needed — and zoom out just as easily
