As International Sales Manager, you will take ownership of commercial performance in selected global markets. Working closely with the Business Development team, you will identify high‑potential opportunities, build strategic relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs International Sales Manager, you will support the company’s global growth by managing a portfolio of international accounts and contributing to scalable go-to-market execution.
- Manage and grow international accounts following a structured onboarding program in both the Netherlands and key client regions. Accountable for revenue targets, expansion initiatives, and customer lifecycle success.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders. You serve as the primary commercial contact ensuring trust and alignment.
- Translate market intelligence and customer feedback into sales opportunities in collaboration with Business Development, aligning on product‑market fit and strategic sales.
- Lead multi‑stakeholder sales cycles including RFPs, public tenders, and long‑lead procurement processes. Coordinate internal resources across product, operations, and legal to support deal success.
- Deliver structured product presentations and proposals tailored to stakeholder needs, using clear value messaging and ROI‑based framing.
- Use CRM systems to monitor pipeline health, track sales performance, and ensure data integrity. Adjust sales approach based on performance insights and customer signals.
- Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and operations to align campaign execution, prospect engagement, and customer onboarding. You will represent Global Factories at customer meetings, site visits, and international industry events. Travel will be required approximately 35 % of the time.
We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in managing complex B2B engagements across international markets. You are analytical, methodical in your approach to sales, and comfortable navigating both strategic and operational sales processes.
- A completed university degree (WO) in business, marketing, communications, technical, or healthcare‑related disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management with a proven track record in international or multi‑region sales environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to senior stakeholders across clinical, operational, and commercial functions.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; additional fluency in German or French is considered a plus.
- Confident using CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation platforms).
- Comfortable managing outbound prospecting, nurturing pipeline, and engaging stakeholders across email, phone, video, and in‑person channels.
- Willing to travel internationally up to 35 % of the time.
- Based within commuting distance of The Hague.
