Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Global Sales Excellence Lead who will define and embed best‑in‑class sales standards across markets, customers, and channels. This person will act as a senior subject matter expert, translating commercial strategy into practical frameworks, tools, and learning solutions that improve sales execution and create measurable impact. The role requires strong commercial credibility, the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex global environment, and a hands‑on mindset to drive adoption.
Responsibilities- Define and continuously improve global sales standards and “what great looks like” for sales execution
- Translate strategy into practical frameworks, playbooks, tools, and training materials
- Act as a sparring partner to senior commercial leaders and key stakeholders globally
- Co‑create capability roadmaps with regional/business teams based on business priorities
- Design and roll out learning solutions that drive real behavioural change and measurable outcomes
- Support diagnostics and maturity assessments to identify focus areas and track progress
- Build and activate a global community of sales excellence to share best practices
- Drive alignment across markets and encourage consistent ways of working across teams and channels
- Master’s degree (or equivalent level of thinking and experience)
- Extensive commercial experience in FMCG/food or a closely related sector (B2B and/or B2C)
- Strong background in areas such as key account management, joint business planning, value‑based selling, and negotiation
- Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, international stakeholder environment
- Ability to translate insights into clear standards, frameworks, and priorities
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with an ownership mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
