- You have proven track record in hunting for new business opportunities with ideally at the least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in SaaS/BtoB

- As a Senior Account Executive, you will spearhead the development of Pelico’s MRO vertical. Your mission is to open new accounts, build strategic relationships, and lead value-driven sales cycles to establish Pelico as a key partner in the aerospace MRO ecosystem

- As an Account Executive, you will join the Pelico Sales team. Your role will to open new accounts and drive growth for our company
- Your contacts will be Factory Managers and their operational teams (Supply Chain Manager, Production Controller...) and you will work closely with other teams like Marketing, Product and Customer Operations
- As an Account Executive within the MRO Pod, your role is to open new revenue opportunities within the aerospace MRO ecosystem (airlines, MRO shops, OEM services divisions), driving growth through consultative, value-led sales cycles
- You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with operational and executive stakeholders, demonstrating how Pelico solves real pain points across component turnaround, material planning, and shopfloor visibility
- Own and drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing within the MRO vertical
- Develop deep understanding of customer workflows (TAT, AOG, inspection scheduling, LLP tracking)
- Articulate how Pelico creates ROI across performance, planning agility, and traceability
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Product, and Data teams to shape winning solutions
- Represent Pelico at key MRO industry events and conferences
- Contribute to building the MRO Pod’s GTM playbook and voice-of-customer strategy
- Set up and manage account plans
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads
- Negociate and close new deals
