II. POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role is designed for a technical marketer who thrives on data and is passionate about driving qualified leads, customer acquisition, and measurable ROI. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth trajectory of our diverse portfolio of clients.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Execution: Plan and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign data daily to achieve and exceed KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive benchmarking to maintain a market edge.

Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to develop, test, and refine high-converting ad copy and visual assets.

Budget Management: Strategically allocate and scale advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spend.

Technical Implementation: Deploy and maintain tracking systems using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.

Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, delivering actionable insights rather than just raw data.

Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of platform updates, privacy changes, and emerging performance marketing trends.
IV. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Professional Experience: 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media or Digital Advertising.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in navigating and scaling campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and make evidence-based decisions.
