In our Service Supply Chain business, we leverage a combination of proprietary technology and client systems to develop, execute, and deliver BPaaS solutions across the service lifecycle: Plan, Deliver, and Recover. In this role, you will partner with business development and act as a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help build resilient solutions that will enhance our clients' supply chains and customer experience.
Across Accenture’s Aftersales Supply Chain Management offering, we reinvent how our clients plan, deliver, and recover service inventory. To support our vision for a circular, autonomous, and resilient aftersales supply chain, we are looking for a Senior Product Management Analyst to strengthen how our proprietary technology products are defined, delivered, and adopted. This role sits within our Product Management team.
You will work at the intersection of product management, engineering, and operations—helping transform supply chains from disconnected, linear, and static processes into circular, autonomous, and dynamic solutions. In this role you will help improve how we deliver and ensure our products work in practice.
If you are not afraid to cut through ambiguity and ask “why,” you’re motivated by creating clarity and standardization, and if you are driven by tangible improvements across teams, this role is for you.
The purpose of this role is to improve how work moves from idea to delivery and into operations and growing excellence across the lifecycle. This includes defining standards, identifying gaps, and driving improvements that reduce rework and increase adoption. You are expected to take ownership of problems, challenge misalignment, and follow through until issues are resolved.
The Work- Strengthen Requirements and Release Governance: Define what “ready” looks like before work progresses across Sales, Product, and Delivery and identify gaps in requirements, solution alignment, and delivery readiness. Create practical structures that reduce rework and improve clarity as well as make risks and dependencies visible early.
- Drive Product Excellence in Development and Delivery: Challenge unclear problem statements, documentation and planning. Support teams in moving from activity-based to outcome-based thinking with clearly measurable impact. Help establish consistent ways of working across product teams geared towards key metrics of operational excellence.
- Improve product adoption and operational performance: Help close the gap between what is built and how it performs in reality. Identify where adoption breaks down across delivery and operations. Improve onboarding, training, and understanding of product capabilities, capture recurring issues in roll out and delivery and feed them back into Product.
- Align key stakeholders to set the product team up for success: Align Product, Engineering, and Delivery on capabilities, constraints, and expectations. Make trade‑offs explicit and challenge misalignment. Ensure consistent understanding of how the product should be used and delivered and establish the processes to ensure successful handoffs.
- Support commercial product insights and decisions: Structure performance data and insights to ensure products are delivered profitably. Monitor product costing and support monetization decision‑making with clear, structured input.
- Bachelor’s degree with exposure to relevant fields like Management of Digital Innovation, Product Management, Digital Operations, Business Analysis, Supply Chain Management and Circular Economy.
- 2+ years of practical experience in product management, innovation management, project management and/or program management.
- Ability to take ambiguous problems and structure them into actionable solutions.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to work across different stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and follow through — including sustaining momentum and proactively managing risks.
- Experience improving product processes, standards, or ways of working.
- Exposure to analytics, experimentation, or customer research.
- Familiarity with Agile or modern product development practices.
- Interest in service supply chains, Aftersales service, and Circular Economy.
- Comfortable with executive level engagement.
- Should this be open to all degrees rather than limited options.
