Lemon Grass is an authentic Thai takeaway and delivery business in Utrecht, known for fresh ingredients, traditional flavors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. To expand our kitchen team, we are looking for two Independent Working Chefs I who share our passion for Thai food.
Tasks
- Independently prepare and pass on authentic dishes.
- Guaranteeing quality, taste and presentation according to our standards.
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP and hygiene regulations.
- Professionally managing the helpers in the kitchen.
- Inventory management: ordering, receiving and checking ingredients.
- Thinking about new dishes and optimization of work processes.
Requirements
- MBO 3 work and thinking level
- Stress-resistant, accurate and responsible.
- Passion for cooking and an eye for quality.
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Benefits
- Salary between €2,600 – €3,000 gross per month (depending on experience and knowledge).
