- Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for the supply chain, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the entire supply chain lifecycle.
- Designing and overseeing the implementation of robust quality control processes, including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve overall quality.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives by analysing data, identifying trends and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and reliability.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet quality standards and promoting a culture of quality within the supply chain network.
- Collaborating with the product development team to integrate quality requirements into new product launches and design changes.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimise supply chain disruptions.
- Undertaking quality audits for current and new suppliers.
- Working with the customer experience team to review consumer and customer complaints and create action plans to mitigate issues.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in a leadership role within quality assurance, preferably in a supply chain environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail; effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and show impact in a fast‑moving high‑growth environment.
- Project management experience, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
