As Sales Excellence Partner, you play a key role in fostering commercial excellence by ensuring the effective implementation of sales processes and tools. As close partner to our Channel Sales management and teams, you will drive the co-deployment of multiple sales enablement initiatives to strengthen performance and maximize channel saturation. In this role, you join an expertise area which ranges from functional expertise, to data analysis, to driving change.
Key responsibilities- Segmentation and Coverage: In line with the country/zone strategic pillars and growth ambitions, you will use tactical data analysis on current customer and sales coverage practices, to design and recommend the optimized coverage model by channel.
- Sales Incentive Program: The Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) is a key element in our sales strategy to define direction and drive growth based on clear objectives (by product groups, service level, channels, …). In the role of zone SIP execution officer, you will drive and coordinate the local Sales Incentive Plan in close collaboration with Sales management and with sponsorship of the zone Leadership; ensuring transparency, consistency and performance impact.
- Salesforce Tool Adoption: You will champion a data‑driven sales culture by improving CRM (Salesforce) adoption and usage, translating insights into concrete recommended actions, and influencing behavioral change across sales teams.
- Sales Cadence: You will organize and drive the recurring business insights cadences with Sales management, to jointly monitor key sales coverage KPIs such as pipeline health; ensuring strong execution and measurable outcomes of defined commercial actions.
- Digital Transformation: You will champion the adoption of new digital tools, including AI; continuously elevating sales effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Sales Excellence Expertise and Guidance: You will act as the go‑to expert and primary point of contact for Sales on performance excellence processes and tools, ensuring consistency, alignment, and continuous improvement. You will support and empower users through clear guidance, documentation, and best practices. Together with the wider regional Commercial Excellence community, you will exchange with peers in Europe on best practices across the zones and countries.
You will report to the BeNe VP Strategy, Sustainability and Commercial Excellence. The position can be based in Ukkel (Belgium) or Hoofddorp (Netherlands).
Qualifications- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or business field.
- 3+ years work experience.
- Affinity with sales operations, preferably in a B2B commercial environment.
- Strong communication in Dutch and English; French is an advantage.
- Analytical and problem‑solving oriented.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills; able to challenge when needed.
- Solid command of MS Office, Excel, Copilot and Salesforce CRM.
- Willingness to work flexibly from our locations in Belgium and the Netherlands.
