About the roleIn this role, you will lead and deliver the strategic and day-to-day performance of Dyson’s Pure Player business in Benelux, across all product categories.You’llset the vision, build strategy, and ensure hands‑on execution with your dedicated team, driving profit and growth. With a strong commercial mindset,you’lluse excellent negotiation and influencing skills to create and nurture strategic partnerships for long‑term success.
You must bring proven E-Commerce experience with at least one of Amazon, Bol.com, orCoolblueand combine strong analytical skills, ingenuity, and decisiveness to translate insights into action-moving the joint business forward in line with market strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for everyPureplayerchannel in Benelux.
- Execute new product launches and retail campaigns flawlessly, ensuring world‑class standards.
- Lead retail media planning and activation, working closely with media and category teamsincluding budget ownership
- Monitor andoptimizeall key e-commerce drivers: traffic, conversion, average order value, and sales.
- Use data and insights for category management, campaignplanningandshopper understanding.
- Develop andmaintainrobust joint business plans with all accounts.
- Lead annual commercial negotiations.
- Deliver or exceed sales and gross margin targets for all accounts.
- Build rolling 12-month channel forecasts, incorporating trends, promotions, seasonality, launches, and exits.
- Own and administer the end‑to‑end promotional planning cycle.
- Manage promotional and account investments to ensure maximum profitability.
- Construct and deliver compelling, insight‑driven pitches and proposals for retailer meetings.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and key meetings with seniorretailerand Dyson stakeholders.
- Align internal Dyson teams-across E-Commerce, Sales, Marketing, and Operations-to your strategy and timelines.
- Set supply chain KPIs and hold stakeholders accountable for joint activities and performance.
- Manage, develop, and motivate two direct reports to consistently high performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and cleardirection.
- Ensure effective flow of tasks and information within your team and across departments.
- Proventrack record(5+ years) in Key Account or E-Commerce management-with direct ownership of at least one of: Amazon, Bol.com, orCoolblue.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategy and execute brilliantly, day‑to‑day.
- Commercially driven, highly analytical, and detail‑obsessed; thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Skilledwithdata analytics and using insight for continuous improvement.
