Within the Technology Analyst team, you play a pivotal role in facilitating and enabling cross‑functional initiatives across the organization. You work closely with initiative leads, business stakeholders, product teams and architects to understand change needs, assess impacts, capture and analyze requirements, and support the successful delivery of technology solutions and transitions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology—comfortable navigating complex information, building strong relationships, and translating needs into clear, actionable outcomes.
Responsibilities- Facilitate the assessment of discovery and validation of business initiatives across enterprise platforms, systems, and cross‑functional teams.
- Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring needs and concerns are effectively identified and managed.
- Analyze current‑state (“as‑is”) processes and collaborate with teams to design future‑state (“to‑be”) solutions, supporting a clear and achievable transition.
- Own the end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle, including identification of business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
- Assess solution impacts, integration considerations, and dependencies across the IT landscape to support decision making.
- Work closely with product teams to define epics and acceptance criteria aligned to both technical and business outcomes.
- Lead small to medium‑sized project teams when required, supporting coordination, alignment, and delivery.
Hybrid Position – Requires regular presence at the headquarters in Varsseveld, Gelderland (2 days per week).

- Experience in business analysis or a similar role in IT or digital product environments.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience capturing, analyzing, and documenting business & functional requirements.
- Hands‑on experience with requirements modelling, validation, testing scripts, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management skills – from workshops to alignment sessions.
- Experience supporting or coordinating project activities (and ideally leading small teams when needed).
- Comfortable working across end‑to‑end delivery, from discovery to implementation.
- A strong communicator who can translate complexity into clarity for different audiences.
