What is your role?As the Product Owner for Domains Integrations, you will define and execute the strategic roadmap for integration capabilities, work closely with engineering and architecture teams, and ensure the successful delivery of integration solutions that support our transformation toward a domain‑driven, modern technology landscape.
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for integrations across domains in Operations and Supply chain, ensuring alignment with the ERP transformation strategy.
Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of new integrations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and domain leads to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog items.
Drive the transition to a decentralized integration model, enabling autonomy, scalability, and resilience across domains.
Serve as the main connection between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Monitor performance and quality of integration delivery and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure integration solutions follow best practices and meet security, performance, and maintainability standards.
Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across the integration landscape.

Onboarding of initial critical integrations delivered with high quality and stability.
Foundational elements of the decentralized integration model established.
Strong alignment built across domains, architecture, and engineering teams.
Who are you?Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager leading roadmaps for integration implementation.
Solid IT background, ideally in integration platforms, middleware, or domain‑driven architectures.
Practical experience with Google AppInt, ApiGee, Oracle Integration Cloud or IBM ACE, or similar integration platforms.
Strong leadership and ownership mindset, capable of influencing without direct authority.
Experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of APIs, event‑driven architectures, integration patterns, and enterprise‑level data flows.
Experience supporting large‑scale ERP transformation programs.
Background in decentralized or domain‑oriented integration strategies.
Knowledge of cloud‑native integration tooling and modern middleware principles.
Please note that this position requires on‑site presence at our HQ in Varsseveld 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
