Attorney-at-law

We are seeking an experienced attorney (at least seven years) specializing in rental and/or real estate law to join our Rental team in Amsterdam. The candidate will work in an informal atmosphere, serve primarily companies that lease or rent property, and handle commercial, residential, and movable property matters.

After an induction period, you will manage your own files and build a client portfolio. You will participate directly in litigation and advisory work, collaborating with attorneys from other service areas such as real estate, property development, construction, financing, and securities. You will translate legal knowledge into practical advice, focus on solutions for clients, ensure satisfaction, and support a dynamic team environment.

• Minimum seven years of experience in rental and/or real estate law with a commercial mindset.

• Enterprising, curious, and committed to delivering quality.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.

• Salary between €5,468.77 and €9,113.40 gross per month (based on age and experience) for full‑time employment (40 hours).


• 25 vacation days based on a 40‑hour work week.


• Maximum of 3 mandatory leave days, 2 paid by the employer.
