Drone Pilot position for a European aerospace organization. You will execute high-impact UAV missions, from mission planning to real-time control and data capture. This is a full-time role involving international travel and work across multiple locations in Europe and beyond.
Responsibilities- Conduct pre-flight planning including airspace coordination, weather checks and risk analysis
- Perform UAV launch, flight and recovery in manual, assisted and autonomous modes
- Operate EO/IR and visual payload systems for surveillance and data collection
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards (VLOS and BVLOS)
- Maintain flight logs, checklists and technical documentation
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and field repairs
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts and mission planners
- Support system improvements and operational efficiency
- Travel internationally for missions, training and demonstrations
- Operate from multiple locations across Europe and other regions

- At least three years of experience as a UAV pilot (manual and autonomous operations)
- Valid UAV certifications (A1/A3, A2 and Specific)
- Strong technical knowledge of UAV systems, avionics and telemetry
- Familiarity with European airspace regulations
- Willingness to travel internationally and stay abroad for longer periods
- Ability to work in dynamic and remote environments
- Strong communication skills and safety-first mindset
- Fluency in English (additional languages like French, Spanish or German are a plus)
- Proven experience in surveillance or reconnaissance missions
The working hours for this full-time position are Monday to Friday during office hours (09:00 – 17:00).
