We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Lead to drive the learning initiatives within our R&D organization. As R&D Learning Lead you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our R&D team members.
How You’ll Spend Your Day- Develop and execute learning plans aligned with the R&D organization's goals.
- Identify learning and training needs through consultations with R&D HR, managers, and employees.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and sessions, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and impactful.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and impactful learning content.
- Conduct research on industry trends, emerging practices, and benchmark data to support learning strategies and content development.
- Provide operational support for learning initiatives by coordinating logistics, tracking participation, and assessing program effectiveness.
- Evaluate and monitor training outcomes and progress, using feedback and data to recommend improvements and adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development Roles within a global organization—mandatory.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, impactful content and engage effectively with teams at all levels.
- Problem‑solving: A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to assess challenges and continuously improve development processes and programs.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
