As a Crossdock Associate, you play a vital role in the logistics process. Together with your team, you ensure all goods flows run smoothly and efficiently. Your daily tasks include loading and unloading trucks, scanning goods, checking shipments for quantity and damage, and making sure everything is correctly registered. You'll also help keep the warehouse tidy and organized.
A typical day starts with a brief team meeting, after which you get to work loading and unloading trucks. You scan incoming goods, check the accompanying documents, and prepare shipments for delivery. Working in a rotating 3-shift schedule means your work is never the same two days in a row. Teamwork is central, and you and your colleagues keep things running, no matter the shift.

What we require- Experience as a warehouse associate or in logistics is a plus
- Valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Accurate and hands-on work attitude
- Strong communication skills in Dutch or English
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Minimum VMBO/MBO working and thinking level
- Salary starting from €15 per hour, up to €16
- Shift allowances for working in different shifts
- Opportunity for a permanent contract upon good performance
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
