The Opportunity
For our client Philips, we are looking for a visionary UX Designer.
In this role, you will be embedded directly within the award-winning Philips Design community, specifically joining the Service Experience Design team. You will play a vital role in shaping end-to-end healthcare journeys, creating digital solutions that support both front-line medical staff and the operational teams behind the scenes.
Responsibilities- Holistic Ecosystem Design: Analyze and fine-tune digital solutions for complex service models, considering all interdependencies between users and the healthcare environment.
- End-to-End Validation: Ensure effectiveness from high-level service journeys down to the detailed interface level.
- Advanced Tooling: Apply design excellence using Figma, UX prototyping, and AI creation tools.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster co-creation between Philips business stakeholders, service teams, and agile software development squads.
- Advocacy & Storytelling: Use compelling narratives to influence stakeholders and drive the program’s goals.
- System Integrity: Work within project constraints while upholding the quality of the Filament Design System.

Required Experience:
- UX Expertise: A strong track record in UI/UX for cloud platforms and applications based on a formal Design Language System.
- Full-Cycle Capability: Experience in early discovery, prototyping, and creating technical design specifications.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in complex digital ecosystems, ideally within Healthcare or professional service domains.
- Research Skills: Proficiency in user research and usability testing for systemic software.
- Technical Agility: Expert in Figma; comfortable co-designing with agile development teams and understanding coding logic.
- Communication: Ability to explain design rationales in a compelling way to diverse audiences.
