- The Digital & Physical Check-in: You start by diving into your inbox. Requests from airlines and transporters are flying in. You answer emails in Dutch and English, ensuring that digital document flows, like Air Waybills (AWBs) and customs paperwork are processed instantly. Suddenly, you hear a truck pull up. You head straight to the dock: is the cargo complete? Is the quality perfect? You check it on the spot.
- Shifting Gears & Sorting: No time to slow down, the afternoon peak is starting. You hop on the forklift to sort shipments for upcoming flights. Between tasks, you update shipment statuses in the system and handle client inquiries. You are constantly switching between your terminal and the pallets on the floor.
- Shift End: Mission Accomplished: By the end of the day, the warehouse is spotless. The data is 100% accurate, emails are cleared, and the cargo is ready for departure to the airport. Thanks to your oversight and physical drive, the operation runs like a well-oiled machine.
