Experienced Logistics Professional | Air Cargo & Warehouse Operations

As an experienced professional in this warehouse, you play a central role in keeping the daily operations running smoothly. You start your day by checking incoming goods and then switch effortlessly to complex administrative sorting tasks or physical work on the floor. You work within different teams in a schedule that allows you to work many hours, including weekends. Since you already bring air freight experience to the table, we will look together at which department suits your expertise best as you grow toward a long-term position within this stable organization.

Tasks

• Checking and registering incoming goods for quality and quantity.
• Performing advanced administrative tasks such as sorting and processing cargo documentation.
• Moving goods and ensuring an organized, high-standard warehouse environment.
• Supporting various operational teams during monthly shifting schedules.
• Processing shipments according to specific air freight safety and quality guidelines.
• Verifying complex transport documents, labels, and waybills.
• Working according to a monthly rotating schedule in day and night shifts.

We are looking for

• Proven experience within the air freight or logistics sector.
• Solid knowledge of air cargo documentation and procedures (NOA, Viggo, EBB).
• Possession of private transport (car or motorcycle) due to the 03:00 finish time.
• Willingness to work many hours in a monthly shift rotation (07:00 – 17:00 and 17:00 – 03:00).
• Availability to work during weekends as part of the regular roster.
• A stable work history with a desire for a long-term commitment.
• Proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
