As a Senior Associate in the Executive Compensation team, you will deliver a large variety of compensation and rewards strategies, corporate governance and financial modelling projects for our large range of client companies. Willis Towers Watson is the global leader in executive compensation consulting, advising over 2,500 companies worldwide on this topic. The Executive Compensation team, as part of the Talent & Rewards segment, focuses on helping companies achieve their strategic objectives through their executives. We operate as a multinational cluster across the Benelux, Nordics and Switzerland, advising the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and senior management of the largest listed companies in Europe, and collaborating with colleagues worldwide to support our globally operating clients. Your role will include planning, designing and implementing executive compensation and incentive programs for both existing and new clients, and working directly with managers and executive leadership to evaluate and develop compensation and reward strategies that facilitate the achievement of business and human capital strategies.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in (Business) Economics or Business Administration (Finance or Strategy).
- Affinity with financial and HR‑related topics and interest in compensation issues.
- Pro‑active with strong social skills (team player).
- Problem solver, able to identify and solve challenging problems.
- Experience in executive compensation or consulting at the board level is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
