F&B Team Leader

We're looking for a F&B Team Leader who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and supporting the team during both calm and high-volume moments. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional ready to take the next step in a dynamic hotel environment.

What You'll Be Doing?

As F&B Team Leader, you'll be actively involved in daily operations while supporting and motivating the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service across outlets and events. You will: * Lead and support daily service in the restaurant, bar, breakfast and banqueting * Act as the first point of contact on shift for the F&B team * Ensure service standards, guest experience and presentation are consistently met * Support new team members through onboarding and on-the-job coaching * Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow * Assist with shift planning, handovers and operational communication * Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational procedures * Step in where needed and remain flexible across service styles and volumes

This Role Is Right for You If You:

* Have previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hotel or high-volume environment * Are ready to take a first or next step into a leadership role * Enjoy being operational and leading from the floor * Stay calm, organised and positive during busy services * Take pride in teamwork, structure and guest satisfaction * Communicate confidently in English (Dutch is an advantage)
