In this restaurant by a world-famous chef, located inside a 5-star hotel in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid, you work at a high level in a setting that feels more relaxed thanks to the shared dining concept.
About the venue
You will be working in a restaurant in the Museum District with around 70 covers. Guests come here intentionally: both hotel guests and visitors who specifically book this experience.
The menu focuses on vegetables from root to tip, with fire-based cooking and fermentation. Dishes are shared at the table, which keeps the service dynamic.
The front-of-house team is international and consists of around 8 colleagues per shift. The main language on the floor is English.
The role
You are responsible for your own section and ensure your tables run smoothly throughout service. You constantly coordinate with the kitchen and your colleagues to maintain the right pace.

Who are you?
- You have experience in higher-level service
- You can run a section independently
- You have interest in food and drinks
- You speak English well
- You are flexible with morning and evening shifts
- You live in or near Amsterdam
