As a Production Operator, you play a key role in producing high-quality snacks. You will set up, operate, and monitor modern production equipment, ensure raw materials are available, and accurately record production data.
Working Hours:
You will work in a two-shift schedule:
- Week 1: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Week 2: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
The average monthly salary is €3,313.50 gross, based on a 40-hour workweek and including shift allowances.
Training and Development:
You will start with a comprehensive 6-week onboarding program, guided by an experienced mentor who will teach you all aspects of the role. Once fully trained, you will work independently and have access to various training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
Your Responsibilities:
After a brief handover at the start of each shift, you will work closely with your colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly. You will monitor equipment, assist where needed, and help ensure every product meets our quality standards.
