Vacaturebeschrijving

As Corporate Media Manager, you are part of the Media Team, together with the Media Director, Digital Retail Media manager and Junior Retail Media manager. The media team ensures an optimal investment in media to grow our brands together with the business teams.

The Corporate Media Manager is the backbone of our media ecosystem in the Benelux. You orchestrate the relationship between L’Oréal and our external partners—from managing our media agency to building strategic partnerships with platforms like TikTok, Google/YouTube, as well as offline stakeholders such as DPG Media and Ad Alliance.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-divisional teams on two key fronts:

Partner and agency excellence: you’ll ensure seamless coordination with our agency and drive (AI) efficiency in how we perform media. For our partners, you’re the main point of contact for Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and innovation tests with key platforms.

Strategic and innovation enablement

You’ll roll out cross-divisional projects and tools (IAS, Impact+, Ravineo) and act as the expert consultant for Media Leads across the organization.

You collect best practices, monitor performance through the internal dashboards, and ensure our media operations run with excellence across all four divisions of L’Oréal Benelux.

Responsibilities
  • You will manage the strategic relationship with our media agency, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Digital Media Performance Reviews (DMPRs) and keep optimizing how we work together.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Joint Business Plans (JBPs), translate these into local needs and implement them in the best possible way to ensure impact for our business. Drive, own and execute innovation tests with TikTok, Google/YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, and offline partners (DPG Media, Ad Alliance).
  • Organize publisher sessions with online and offline platform partners, keeping media leads and marketing teams updated on the latest media trends and innovations.
  • Drive and facilitate monthly sessions with marketing teams to share best practices, insights, and cross-divisional learnings.
  • Serve as the go‑to expert and resource for digital media knowledge and execution within L’Oréal Benelux—the primary point of contact for all digital media questions across divisions.
  • Track performance and implementation of L’Oréal Digital Platform Golden Rules to continuously improve campaign quality while safeguarding the overall media strategy.

  • Have an academic Master's degree.
  • Have strong digital and media operations experience with a data‑driven mindset.

  • Can set priorities and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Have strong project management skills and can orchestrate cross‑divisional initiatives.
  • Are a natural relationship builder with agency partners and platform stakeholders.
  • Speak English fluently, and either Dutch or French.
  • Have at least 7+ years of work experience, preferably in media operations, agency coordination, or digital media management.
  • Are comfortable with financial systems.
  • Have a passion for media innovation, compliance, and operational excellence.
