The role

The Head of Network Development will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Zeekr’s sales and service network across Europe. This pivotal role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our physical and digital presence is positioned to support the growth of the brand and enhance the customer experience. You will shape the development and expansion of Zeekr's distribution and service infrastructure while ensuring a seamless, premium experience for our customers. This role will operate across both owned retail and dealer distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Network Planning: Develop and implement the overall strategy for Zeekr’s sales, service, and distribution network across Europe to support short- and long-term business goals.
  • Dealer and Partner Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with local and regional partners to build a high‑performing dealer and service network that meets Zeekr’s premium standards.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that all network touchpoints, including showrooms, service centres, and digital platforms, deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience.
  • Performance Management: Develop performance metrics and manage ongoing network operations to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and scalability.
  • Market Expansion: Lead the expansion into new markets, ensuring proper infrastructure and resources are in place to support sales and service activities.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations to align network development initiatives with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all partners and operations comply with Zeekr’s global standards, local regulations, and sustainability goals.
  • Training: Build best‑in‑class sales training capability for our owned retail channel, and dealer channel.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
  • Proven experience in network development, dealership management, or a related field within the automotive industry, ideally within EV or premium brands, at an EU level.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to scale a network across multiple countries.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience drivers, both in physical and digital contexts.
  • Experience managing complex, multi‑country projects and working with international teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
