As a Change Lead, you\'ll play a key role in ensuring change is planned, communicated, adopted, and sustained. You\'ll apply a structured change management approach, working closely with stakeholders across regions and teams to drive engagement and success.
You'll focus on:
- Developing and executing change and communication strategies
- Supporting project implementations and operational change
- Improving engagement, adoption, and readiness across the business
- Create and execute comprehensive change & communication plans
- Build and maintain stakeholder engagement and communication plans
- Design and deliver training materials and sessions
- Develop visuals, graphics, and layouts to boost engagement and retention
- Deliver clear, high-quality written and verbal communications to diverse audiences
- Partner with global stakeholders in a complex, multicultural environment
- Track, measure, and support change adoption over time
- Experience in Organizational Change Management
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) across all levels
- Experience in stakeholder management, training design, and change planning
- A proactive, adaptable team player comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time‑management skills
- Proven attention to detail and strong follow‑up
Nice to have:
- IT experience
- Experience with Supply & Demand Planning
- German language skills
- PROSCI or ACMP certification (or strong methodology experience)
