We are looking for a pro-active and organized professional who wants to work in an international supply chain environment in Personal & Homecare products.
On a day-to-day basis you connect with all aspects of Supply Chain, identifying and acting promptly on capacity planning issues across the chain.
This includes managing operational planning, such as scheduling incoming goods and ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries to customers, while also focusing on tactical-level improvements.
You manage various administrative and logistical processes concerning warehouse activities.
With a critical eye, you and your colleagues drive process improvements. You work closely with our Commercial department, which relies heavily on your accuracy and organizational skills. Your understanding of the business from both commercial and logistical perspectives enables you to make decisions that ensure smooth operations from start to finish.
Together with your colleagues and under the guidance of the Operations Lead, you will work to further professionalize our Supply Chain.
We are looking for someone who can help us advance our Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Transport Management, Warehousing & Stock Management processes.
Day-to-day responsibilities- Monitoring progress of onboarding of new employees and interns;
- Buddy for interns and new employees;
- Signaling high work pressure in the team towards the LT of the division Order flow;
- Stock management: non-performing inventory, BBD, stock levels, etc.
- Forecast & order analysis and communicating with the team;
- Monitoring/managing more complex order flows;
- Communication of opportunities with commercial colleagues;
- Identification and mitigation of (potential) problems of customers/suppliers/orders.
This is you:
- You live in the Netherlands;
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain & Logistics;
- Fluent in English (Dutch and other languages are a plus);
- Available full time;
- Hands-on, decisive and proactive, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes;
- You contribute to the company's success with your entrepreneurship, initiative and, can-do mentality;
- A team player who enjoys getting to know your colleagues on a personal level;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision is a plus).
