Global Mobility is an effective instrument for our multinational clients as both a talent development tool and a workforce incentive. It helps the business to put the right talent with the right capabilities, in the right place at the right time. In the international relocation of employees, people play a crucial role. This is something you’re interested in. You provide the human touch, put your client and international mobile employee first and are able to manage all the (little) aspects of international relocations for our clients. With your interest in international movements and HR, you know exactly which button to press. You’re working as part of a dedicated team through both operational delivery as well as pro-actively thinking with our clients. You help ensure the best global mobility experience to both our clients and their international mobile employees.

The opportunity

As Consultant Mobility Talent Operate you will work together with various colleagues on providing global mobility HR support to our clients, covering the preparation of assignment documentation such as balance sheets as well as managing the relocation cases on behalf of our clients.

Our team

Within the PAS Mobility department, we advise large international companies on cross-border labor and the applicable laws and regulations regarding income tax, social security, insurance, and the like. For example, we help international organizations with their global mobility programs and the tax implications for their employees. Our clients are listed companies, multinationals, family businesses, and non‑profit institutions.

Responsibilities
  • Connecting with our client’s international employees
  • Coordinate the full assignment lifecycle, including briefing with assignees
  • Coordination of third party vendors like relocation companies and housing agencies
  • Creating and reviewing assignment related documentation
  • Manage monthly payroll cycles, planning ahead and informing the team timely in case of glitches
Job requirements
  • An academic background with up to 2 years of relevant Global Mobility or International HR experience
  • Experience in working within high performing teams
  • Knowledge of numbers and eagerness to understand calculations and payroll documents
  • Excellent English language (verbally and written) and preferably also in Dutch
  • A growth and ambitious mindset, keen to make an impact
  • Critical analysis of project delivery to determine success factors and learnings
  • Project- and program management methods and techniques
  • Building trusted relationships with clients in order to create successful results and future opportunity
  • Challenging the status quo and achieving set objectives
  • Continuous improvement of products and services, especially on the subjects of Global Mobility
What we offer

  • Salary: in addition to your fixed salary, depending on EY’s financial performance, you may be eligible for a bonus. You are also entitled to an expense allowance (depending on the position) and an internet allowance of €40 net per month
  • Time off: you are entitled to 29 vacation days per year when full‑time employed and you have the option to purchase additional days.
  • Sabbatical: the option to take unpaid leave after consultation
  • Birth leave: EY will pay 100% of the birth leave; in the case of additional birth leave, EY will pay 70% of the salary
  • Training and education: EY believes it’s important to provide everyone with the opportunity for continuous development. Therefore, we offer various soft and hard skills training programs, external courses, and the possibility to enroll in additional education. For example, you can obtain an MBA to broaden your skills in leadership, business, and tech
  • Mobility: contribute directly to our ambition to reduce EY’s carbon footprint to zero by 2025. With the new scheme, you can choose from diverse sustainable options through the EY My Daily Travel app or online platform. This includes lease bicycles, electric shared scooters, electric shared cars, flexible lease cars, and various subscriptions for public transport. You can also track your CO2 footprint using the app
  • Bicycle arrangement: finance the purchase cost of your new bicycle through a monthly deduction from your gross salary (the purchase cost is spread over 12 months) or from your non‑statutory holiday entitlement
  • Pension scheme: you will start building a pension capital immediately upon joining EY. Each month, a premium is allocated to your pension account with our pension provider. You also have the option to voluntarily contribute additional funds to your pension

Our office in Eindhoven is within walking distance of the train station. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by Carla, our receptionist who is happy to show you the way! You can’t miss the Brabant coziness: we work with different teams on the same floor, so we know each other by name. In the summer, we have lunch or barbecue together on our beautiful rooftop terrace.
