As a senior corporate recruiter you are responsible for recruiting high‑tech talents in a very challenging and competitive market.
In this role, you act as an ambassador for the organization, attracting new talent through enthusiasm, clear communication and the combination of traditional recruitment methods with state‑of‑the‑art AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements for each position and translate them into clear profiles for potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing clear communication and feedback, addressing inquiries, and representing the company image positively.
- Proactively search for potential candidates, actively approach them through various channels, and build relationships to attract the right talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct screening interviews and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Strengthen the company’s employer brand by creating professional and attractive job descriptions and marketing materials.
- Build and maintain an active talent pool of potential candidates that align with the current and future needs of the organization.
- You have a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or in Human Resource Management.
- You have 6+ years of experience recruiting highly educated technical people.
- You have demonstrated knowledge of our job market, target audience, and competitors.
- You are up to date with the latest trends and tooling regarding AI and online recruitment.
- You are result‑driven, proactive, out‑of‑the‑box, outgoing and meticulous.
- You are people‑oriented, genuinely interested in what motivates candidates, and capable of positively influencing them.
- You possess a can‑do mentality and good communication skills in Dutch and English, enabling easy interaction with candidates.
- Flexible 32‑40 hour working week, with room to work from home.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the US Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
