RoleThis role leads the Perfect Store Online agenda, driving best-in-class content and conversion performance across key retailer platforms. Acting as the central expert for omnichannel, pure players, and rapid grocery, the role partners closely with brand, insights, agency, and market teams to accelerate competitive growth, embed learnings, and scale proven digital commerce models globally.
Key Responsibilities- Owning and leading the Perfect Store Online strategy, overseeing the creation and execution of high-quality visual and written content across major retailer.com platforms (e.g. Walmart, Tesco, Ocado), in close collaboration with Brand teams and Content Management Agencies.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for omnichannel, pure player, and rapid grocery performance, covering conversion optimization, commercial execution, and retail media excellence.
- Partnering closely with local markets to review monthly performance, identifying gaps and opportunities, and providing hands-on support, while delivering regular performance updates to senior digital commerce stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the Insights team and local eCommerce teams to design and run shopper research, translating business questions into actionable insights across retailer platforms.
- Systematically capturing and codifying key wins and failures from priority markets, cascading learnings through global knowledge sharing and learning sessions.
- Defining, executing, and evaluating test-and-learn initiatives across relevant digital commerce models in key markets, with full ownership of the online grocery experimentation budget.
- Strong expertise in digital commerce, omnichannel retail, and online grocery ecosystems, including retailer.com execution and performance drivers.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across brand, insights, agency, and local market teams in a matrixed, global environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience translating performance data and shopper insights into clear actions and scalable best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in experimentation, test-and-learn frameworks, and budget ownership within a digital or eCommerce context.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills, with the confidence to engage senior leadership and influence across markets.
