People Business Partner (9-12 month fixed term)

Join the EMEA People & Culture team to support the Benelux Sales and Support teams. As a strategic partner, you will champion and deliver a people agenda, enhance performance management, and accelerate talent development for high‑growth sales teams.

• Provide strategic leadership and coaching to leaders and stakeholders, enhancing their effectiveness.
• Use data‑driven insights to guide talent, performance, and engagement decisions, proactively identifying trends.
• Lead Talent & Development initiatives, including career and talent development, employee engagement, and compensation.
• Drive organisational design: succession planning, workforce planning and talent development for sustainable success.
• Serve as the initial point of contact within People & Culture for employee‑relations issues.
• Lead special projects critical to the People & Culture team.
• Partner with Talent Partners on resourcing needs to ensure full coverage.
• Support the Head of People & Culture across the region on sales‑related initiatives.

• At least 3 years of progressive HR experience in the Netherlands and Belgium, including HR Generalist or People Business Partner roles in a fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS company.
• Proven expertise strategically partnering with Sales organisations and understanding their talent needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Experience leading large‑scale, complex HR projects driving organisational change.
• Exceptional communication, coaching and influencing skills, with a track record of building credibility and trust with leaders.
• In‑depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practices, especially in complex employee‑relations matters.
• Innovative, metric‑driven mindset to inform decisions and strategic conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
