Purchasing Manager | Arabic C2

To lead and manage our client’s purchasing operations, develop strong international supplier relationships, and collaborate with commercial teams to optimize product portfolio performance.

• Manage and lead a purchasing team of 2 associates
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams on commercial projects
• Monitor and improve the performance of current brands and product portfolio
• Manage key supplier relationships, especially for strategic and complex matters
• Identify and onboard new suppliers in collaboration with the Marketing team
• Coordinate purchasing activities for group companies in Sweden, Romania, and the UK
• Source new products tailored to local market needs across different regions
• Ensure efficiency and cost optimization within purchasing process

Requirements

• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in purchasing / procurement
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
• Mandatory experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
• Food industry experience is highly preferred
• Experience with Arabic products/markets is a must. 
• Proven experience in international supplier management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
