We achieve this, for example, by embedding AI solutions at the very heart of our mortgage processes. To make this transformation successful, responsible and scalable, we are offering an internship for a student who wants to connect people, enable innovation and help shape the future of AI within mortgage servicing.
What you are going to do
- Set up and grow the AI Community within Mortgages, connecting colleagues and sharing knowledge
- Create clear and engaging communication flows to keep employees informed and involved
- Build a strong working relationship with the AI Core Team, linking strategy to daily practice
- Help establish a solid structure and governance for responsible AI development
- Act as a catalyst for change, turning ideas into action across teams

Who you are
- You are a student at a university or university of applied sciences (HBO) in a field such as Business, Technology, Data or Innovation
- Curious, proactive and motivated to work at the intersection of business and AI
- Strong communicator who likes to connect people and enjoys bringing ideas and stakeholders together
- Works in a structured and goal-oriented way to create impact
- Enjoys working in a professional and complex organisation and is not afraid to take initiative
Who you will work with
You will work with a wide range of teams and departments across the bank. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Product and the Product Manager of the Digital Services & Process Innovation domain. Together, you connect strategic AI ambitions with day-to-day execution and help ensure AI initiatives land effectively in the mortgage organisation.
