As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact in our salon. You ensure every client feels welcome and that the daily schedule runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting clients
- Managing the appointment schedule and bookings within different platforms
- Handling phone calls and online inquiries
- Processing payments
- Performing administrative tasks
- Supporting the team when needed
- Supporting the salon manager
What do we expect from you?
- Friendly and professional appearance
- Strong communication skills (English and preferance Dutch, not a must)
- Experience with scheduling/appointment systems (beauty industry experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Basic computer skills
